The Role
The role will involve managing your own caseload from quotation to completion, including:
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property/new builds
• Sale /purchase of shared ownership
• Right to Buy
• Transfer of Equity
• New Leases
• Part exchange properties
• Mortgages and Re-mortgages
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Declarations of Trust
• Providing cover for other conveyancers from time to time.
Ideally you will;
• Have a minimum of 3 years fee-earning experience
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Have used a Case Management system.
• Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to build strong and enduring relationships with clients and work providers to create and expand own client base.
• Be able to integrate easily into our existing team
• Be flexible with a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
• Assist in the growth of the department and the future of our growing business.
It is a full-time role. Salary is subject to experience and qualifications.
