We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our busy growing team.

The role will involve managing your own conveyancing caseload from quotation to completion, including:

  • All aspects of residential conveyancing
  • Sales & purchases freehold and leasehold commercial properties such as shops, offices, restaurants, take-aways, industrial units
  • Assignments of leases, goodwill, fixtures & fittings
  • Grant of new leases
  • Licences to assign
  • Licences for alterations
  • Renewal of leases under the LTA 1954
  • Acting for borrowers in refinancing
  • Acting for lenders
  • Bridging work
  • Handling lease extensions and freehold enfranchisements under the LRHUDA 1993
  • Providing cover for other conveyancers from time to time

Ideally you will

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience of using a Case Management system is helpful although training will be provided.
  • Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to build strong and enduring relationships with clients and work providers to create and expand own client base.
  • be able to integrate easily into our existing team
  • be flexible with a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Managing and supervision of staff.
  • Assist in the growth of the department and the future of our growing business.

The starting salary range is dependent upon experience.  We offer a generous annual leave allowance.
