We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our busy growing team.
The role will involve managing your own conveyancing caseload from quotation to completion, including:
- All aspects of residential conveyancing
- Sales & purchases freehold and leasehold commercial properties such as shops, offices, restaurants, take-aways, industrial units
- Assignments of leases, goodwill, fixtures & fittings
- Grant of new leases
- Licences to assign
- Licences for alterations
- Renewal of leases under the LTA 1954
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing
- Acting for lenders
- Bridging work
- Handling lease extensions and freehold enfranchisements under the LRHUDA 1993
- Providing cover for other conveyancers from time to time
Ideally you will
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience of using a Case Management system is helpful although training will be provided.
- Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to build strong and enduring relationships with clients and work providers to create and expand own client base.
- be able to integrate easily into our existing team
- be flexible with a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Managing and supervision of staff.
- Assist in the growth of the department and the future of our growing business.
The starting salary range is dependent upon experience. We offer a generous annual leave allowance.
